THE COMPANY

The Cretan Rusks, Toasts-Rusks and Biscuits Samaria, have been fermented daily since 1988 in a village of Crete, west of Chania, called Kalidonia, by Falelakis family.

Traditional, handmade, high nutritional value bakery products. They are made every day with pure and certified quality Greek land materials, such as olive oil, carob, wheat, natural orange juice, Chios mastic, natural raisin extract…. according to our family recipes.

Recipes that have their roots deep in time, always with respect to the Cretan tradition which is the basis of the Mediterranean diet.

All of our products are produced and packaged under the control of an applicable food safety system in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001: 20015 HACCP.
